Nicaragua – Tourism Competitiveness Strategy

The Nicaraguan Government was seeking to increase the competitiveness of tourism and tourism investment in the country. SW Associates was commissioned to develop a “toolkit”  that provided the following:
1) Evaluation and analysis of tourism products in Nicaragua.
2) Competitive analysis of Nicaraguan tourism compared with other countries in the region.
3) Market demand analysis
4) Tourism investment promotion strategy
5) Priority action plan
